Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026.

These terms govern your purchase and use of SEOCEO (the "SKILL.md file" and accompanying documentation, together the "Product"). By buying or using the Product, you agree to these terms.

The product

SEOCEO is a digital, downloadable operator skill file designed to run inside compatible AI agent runtimes. It is delivered digitally after checkout — there is no physical shipment and no hosted service or account involved.

License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, run, and modify the Product for your own site(s) or, if you're a freelancer or agency, for your own clients' sites.

Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the unmodified Product itself is not permitted. Multi-client and white-label licensing terms for agencies are still being finalized — if that's your use case, contact us before purchasing.

Payment and refunds

SEOCEO is a one-time payment processed securely by Polar — there is no recurring subscription. We don't have a published refund policy at this time; if something's wrong with your order, contact us and we'll work it out directly.

No guarantee of results

SEOCEO helps you plan, audit, and draft SEO work — it does not and cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Any outcome depends on your product, market, and how the skill file is used.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Product to publish content that is illegal, deceptive (e.g. cloaking, doorway pages, or fabricated data), or that infringes someone else's rights. You remain solely responsible for anything you publish using it — see the About page for the guardrails the skill itself follows.

Intellectual property

The Product, this website, and all associated text, branding, and code are owned by SEOCEO unless otherwise noted. Your license lets you use and adapt the Product for your own SEO work; it doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying file.

Limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOCEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product, including lost rankings, traffic, or revenue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEOCEO is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Jurisdiction to be confirmed before publishing.]

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Product after a change means you accept the updated terms.
